Checkout Procedure
When you are finished shopping and ready to pay for your purchases, click any "View Cart/Checkout" button found at the tops and bottoms of all pages throughout our website. You will be returned to your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout, where you will enter your payment and shipping information.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: After you successfully complete an order on this website, your credit/debit card will show a payment made to FRANKS MARKETING GROUP, not The Original Fire Pie Company. Franks Marketing Group provides our order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, and they handle our secure online payment processing. Your card will not be charged until your order has been filled and the package(s) are on the way to you or your intended recipient.

Shipping Costs
Standard ground shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout procedure, according to the rate table below. These rates are for the lower 48 continental United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and countries outside the USA will be charged extra. Please e-mail or call our toll free number for additional cost information.

Expedited (overnight) shipping services are available for an additional cost. Fees charged are according to the destination and services requested. If you desire the expedited services, include your request during the checkout procedure, or call Franks Marketing Group (toll-free) during normal business hours as soon as your order is completed.

Free Merchandise / Promotional Items
Often times we include small "freebies" in the orders we ship. These are given as tokens of appreciation to say thank you for choosing to shop with us. We do not guarantee the availability of any free merchandise or promotional items not charged for. We reserve the right to make substitutions of other free merchandise, or choose to not include a free item at all if none are available. In other words, we will not hold back your order simply because we don't have anything free in hand to place in your box.

Payment and Sales Tax
Presently, Franks Marketing Group accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Because Franks Marketing Group operates in Ohio, we are required to collect 7.0% sales tax on orders shipped to a Ohio address. Those who live outside Ohio will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Franks Marketing Groups Sites, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Order Status
If you'd like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the shipping times reflected are approximate. Items that are in stock usually ship within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are not in stock, you'll be contacted with a resolution.

Product Return Policy and Procedure
We strive to maintain an inventory of only the best open fire cooking tools and camp gear available. When packaging your order, we manually inspect all items we are shipping in order to ensure that you are receiving the quality merchandise that you expect. Although returns to our warehouse are rare, we realize that occasional times when items must be sent back to us. If you are in a situation that requires you to make a return to us, please follow these simple guidelines for the fastest resolution.

Due to the nature of our items sold, most products have a 30 day return policy. Please note that not all products have the return policy. If you have questions please call 1-800-544-9815.

To return a product call 1-800-544-9815 for an Return Authorization number. Place the RA# in the box with your product you are returning. If you return your unused product undamaged in its original packaging, you will receive your credit equal to 100% of your order, minus 15% restocking fees. Please note that you, the consumer, must pay for shipping charges for returns, unless the return is being made due to an error on our part.

Homeland Security Shipping Notice:
During times of heightened national security, the nature of the products we ship may cause your order to be delayed and opened for inspection. This is particularly true with pie irons, forks and other items that must be packed in long, narrow boxes. Because of the weight, density of metal content, and uneven weight distribution in some packages, it is understandable for these parcels to be considered suspicious. If your order takes a little longer than normal to reach you, or appears to have been opened in transit, don't be alarmed. Report any damage or excessive delays to us at once for investigation.
