Placing an Order
Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are new to shopping online, placing an order with us is easy, straightforward, safe, and convenient. When you see an item you want to purchase, simply click the Add to Cart button located next to any product on our site. You will be transferred to the shopping cart, and will see your accumulated purchases listed there. At this point, you can checkout, modify your cart's contents, or you may continue browsing the site.

When you are finished shopping and ready to pay for your purchases, click any "View Cart/Checkout" button found at the tops and bottoms of all pages throughout our website. You will be returned to your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout, where you will enter your payment and shipping information.
IMPORTANT BILLING NOTICE: After you successfully complete an order on this website, your credit/debit card will show a payment made to FRANKS MARKETING, not The Original Fire Pie Company. Franks Marketing provides our order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, and they handle our secure online payment processing.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated, standard ground shipping rates will be added to your order during the checkout procedure, according to the zone being shipped to. These rates are calculated by UPS in realtime and added to your order during checkout. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and countries outside the USA will be charged extra. Orders are shipped by default via UPS Ground Shipping from our shipping facility in Summerville, South Carolina. The map below will indicate how many business days it should take for your order to arrive according to the location it is being shipped to. Confirmation numbers are provided for tracking your order once it is shipped.
Expedited (overnight) shipping services are available for an additional cost. Fees charged are according to the destination and services requested. If you desire the expedited services, include your request during the checkout procedure, or call Franks Marketing Group at (843) 695-7085 during normal business hours as soon as your order is completed.
Free Merchandise / Promotional Items
Often times we include small "freebies" in the orders we ship. These are given as tokens of appreciation to say thank you for choosing to shop with us. We do not guarantee the availability of any free merchandise or promotional items not charged for. We reserve the right to make substitutions of other free merchandise, or choose to not include a free item at all if none are available. In other words, we will not hold back your order simply because we don't have anything free in hand to place in your box.
Payment and Sales Tax
Presently, Franks Marketing accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Orders placed from this website are processed and shipped by Franks Marketing in Summerville, South Carolina. However, the home office of The Original Fire Pie Company is located in Mansfield, Ohio. Therefore, we are required to collect 6.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to any address located within the state of Ohio. Those who live outside of Ohio will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on this website, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
If you'd like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the shipping times reflected are approximate. Items that are in stock usually ship within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are not in stock, you'll be contacted with a resolution.

Product Return Policy and Procedure
We strive to maintain an inventory of only the best open fire cooking tools and camp gear available. When packaging your order, we manually inspect all items we are shipping in order to ensure that you are receiving the quality merchandise that you expect. Although returns to our warehouse are rare, we realize that occasional times when items must be sent back to us. If you are in a situation that requires you to make a return to us, please follow these simple guidelines for the fastest resolution.
Due to the nature of our items sold, most products have a 30 day return policy. Please note that not all products have the return policy. If you have questions please call (843) 695-7085.
To return a product call (843) 695-7085 for an Return Authorization number. Place the RA# in the box with your product you are returning. If you return your unused product undamaged in its original packaging, you will receive your credit equal to 100% of your order, minus 15% restocking fees. Please note that you, the consumer, must pay for shipping charges for returns, unless the return is being made due to an error on our part. Once your order is authorized for return, you will be provided with the address to forward the return shipment to.
For fastest service, please do not return products without an RA number
