Effective October 10th, 2016 we will begin offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders that total $50 or more. This offer is valid for the 48 states in the continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders totalling $49.99 and lower will be charged $7.95 for states located west of the Mississippi River, and $4.95 for states east of the Mississippi River. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders will be charged actual shipping rates for their respective locations.

Even though we have enjoyed helping open fire cooking enthusiasts for nearly fifteen years, we are still a small, family owned and operated company. So don't be surprised if a real person answers the phone and talks nice to you. If we are busy, you'll reach our voice mail. Be sure to leave a detailed message with your phone number so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

Placing an Order
Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are new to shopping online, placing an order with us is easy, straightforward, safe, and convenient. When you see an item you want to purchase, simply click the Add to Cart button located next to any product on our site. You will be transferred to the shopping cart, and will see your accumulated purchases listed there. At this point, you can checkout, modify your cart's contents, or you may continue browsing the site.

Checkout Procedure
When you are finished shopping and ready to pay for your purchases, click any "View Cart" button found near the bottom of all pages throughout our website. You will be returned to your shopping cart where you can proceed to the checkout and enter your payment and shipping information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship most of our orders via the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. Heavy and bulky items as well as shipments destined for Texas, Colorado, and locations further to the west may be shipped USPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Lighter items and books may be sent as First Class Parcels or Media Mail.

In-stock items normally ship within a couple of business days. Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and the service level we must use in order to keep our shipping rates reasonable. Outside factors such as weather, road conditions, carrier issues, and other circumstances beyond our control may occassionally affect delivery times as well.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
If you need your order delivered faster, please call us to request an expedited shipping option and we'll bill you for any additional charges. Overnight shipping is not available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International rates as well as shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are normally quite expensive. We charge actual shipping rates to all destinations outside of the continental USA, but cannot calculate them until we know where the package is headed and how much it weighs. Therefore, we automatically charge a high-end shipping rate during the check-out. Once your order is processed for shipping and we know the actual freight amount, any overage above and beyond the actual shipping rates will be refunded to your PayPal account. If additional shipping charges are required, you will be notified and sent a separate invoice to pay the difference.

Payment Options
We accept online payments via PayPal exclusively, but you don't need a PayPal account to use our checkout. For nearly fifteen years, we have relied upon PayPal's strict security measures to keep our transactions safe and your identity secure. We never see your card information so it will never be compromised through our website. Cards accepted include Visa, Master Card American Express, and Discover. You may also pay via PayPal with an electronic check, but please allow a few extra days for the payment to clear prior to your order being shipped when paying by e-check.

Mail Order & Telephone Ordering Assistance
We are not equipped to accept orders over the phone, but we are always happy to help you place your order on our website if you call. You may also place your order the old-fashioned way by mailing us a check or money order along with a printed page of the product(s) you wish to order.

Order Status
If you'd like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the expected delivery date for the items you ordered. Please note that the shipping times reflected are approximate. Items that are in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment for your order. If an item is not in stock and not expected to arrive within a few days you will be contacted to make a resolution.

Product Return Policy and Procedure
We carry only high quality merchandise and inspect each item before we pack them for shipment. Therefore, we seldom need to be concerned about products coming back once they leave our shipping center. However, we realize that things do happen. In the unlikely event that you need to send something back to us, please read and follow the instructions below to receive proper credit in a timely fashion:

Most products have a 30 day return policy. Some products may also be covered longer by the manufacturer. If for any reason you must return a product call 567-241-2646 FIRST for an authorization number. Place the Return Authorization number in black permanent marker on outside of the box with your product you are returning.

Damaged items will be adjusted at 100% of the product value or as otherwise agreed upon. Undamaged product in its original packaging will receive credit equal to 100% of product price minus 15% restocking fees provided the item can be resold again as a new item. Except for damage or circumstances beyond the buyer's control, the buyer must pay for shipping charges for returns.

Homeland Security Shipping Notice:
During times of heightened national security, the nature of the products we ship may cause your order to be delayed and opened for inspection. This is particularly true with pie irons, forks and other items that must be packed in long, narrow boxes. Because of the weight, density of metal content, and uneven weight distribution in some packages, it is understandable for these parcels to be considered suspicious. If your order takes a little longer than normal to reach you, or appears to have been opened in transit, don't be alarmed. Report any damage or excessive delays to us at once for investigation.
