For more than ten years, The Original Fire Pie Company has been shipping the finest open fire cooking and outdoor adventure gear to satisfied customers all over the world. We appreciate being able to serve such a diverse and global marketplace, and we thank you very much!
We welcome all international orders, but at this time our shipping software will only accept online orders for delivery destinations within the 48 continental states of the USA. Orders being shipped to foreign destinations, including Alaska & Hawaii, must place orders via e-mail or telephone.
TAXES, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES INFORMATION
Buyer is responsible for payment of all shipping, taxes, duties, fines, tarrifs, and any other costs associated with shipping and receiving of products ordered, and for knowing which costs exist for the order to be successfully delivered to the desired destination.
The Original Fire Pie Company and Franks Marketing Group will not be held responsible for delay of delivery, misdirected or stolen shipments, or loss of tagible property through confiscation or other unforseen complications. except for incidents normally covered by shipping insurance, provided insurance premiums have been paid and not waived by the customer. To avoid confiscation, please check local laws prior to placing an order to be sure items being ordered are permitted to be imported.
Refunds will not be issued for international orders unless damaged in transit.
